About Light It Up Red for 1in5: We are two small town mothers of dyslexic children in Alabama who have one goal: To raise awareness for dyslexia where we CAN. As some of you may know, October is Dyslexia Awareness Month. Last year, on October 15th, the tower in RSA Tower Park in Montgomery, AL was lit with red to raise awareness for dyslexia. This year it will be even bigger as RSA properties all across the great state of Alabama will be lit up as well! This is HUGE! But it doesn’t have to stop there. Together we can light the whole world up in red! We ask that you please join us and show YOUR support on October 15, 2014. Wear red shirts and/or replace your porch light with a red bulb!
